Aesthetic Clinic — Ultrasound lifting
Ultraformer MPT
Focused ultrasound that lifts and tightens from the layers beneath — no needles, no downtime, results that build over two to three months.
Start a conversation01 — The concern
Laxity. A jawline that has softened, a neck that has loosened, contours that sit a little lower than they used to — structure, not surface.
02 — What it is
High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). The energy is concentrated into microscopic points of heat at precise depths — from the surface layers down to 4.5 mm, the SMAS layer a surgical facelift works on — where it triggers the skin to contract and build new collagen. The micro-pulsed delivery makes it noticeably more comfortable than earlier HIFU devices.
03 — What it feels like
Around 30–60 minutes for the face and neck. Warmth and brief deep pinches where the energy lands — mild to moderate, and numbing cream is optional rather than expected.
04 — Downtime
None — you can return to your day immediately. Avoid saunas, hot yoga and strong sun for a week or two, and keep up daily SPF.
05 — Sessions
For most people, one session every 12–18 months. Advanced laxity may call for 2–3 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. There's a subtle immediate tightening, but the real result arrives at 2–3 months as collagen rebuilds — this is a treatment that rewards patience.
06 — Our take
Ultraformer is the deep tool — for structure and lift, not for tone or texture.
It works over months, not days, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than promise an instant change. If you've had filler or botulinum toxin recently we'll space the treatments properly, and if your laxity is mild enough that a lighter option would do, that's the one we'll suggest.
