Aesthetic Clinic — Injectables
Injectables
Six families, each with a different job — relaxing, filling, stimulating, feeding, repairing, undoing. All physician-led, and all governed by the same rule: the smallest honest amount.
01 — The concern
Movement lines. Lost volume. Skin that has thinned, dulled, or softened. Each of these belongs to a different family — which is why the diagnosis matters more than the syringe.
02 — How we think about them
Most consultations start with a product name. Ours start with what you see in the mirror — because the honest answer is often a different family than the one you arrived asking for, and sometimes a smaller one.
Every plan favours the reversible over the permanent, the gradual over the dramatic, and the version of your face that still looks like you.
03 — The six families
Neuromodulators
3–4 monthsRelax a muscle — soften movement lines, stop sweating, slim a jaw
Botulinum toxin temporarily quiets the signal between nerve and muscle, so the muscle relaxes and the line it kept folding softens. It affects only movement, only in the muscle treated, and it wears off on its own over three to four months. It does nothing for lost volume — that's a different family.
Hyaluronic-acid fillers
6–18 monthsAdd volume and structure — lips, cheeks, chin, jaw, deep folds
Gels of hyaluronic acid — a water-binding molecule your body already makes — placed where structure has been lost. The result is immediate, it fades gradually over six to eighteen months depending on the gel and the area, and it is the one filler family that can be dissolved on demand if you change your mind.
Biostimulators
around 2 yearsTrigger your own collagen — gradual, natural firmness
Tiny biodegradable particles that provoke your skin into building its own collagen over two to three months. Nothing dramatic shows on day one — the change arrives slowly and reads as firmness, not filling. Unlike hyaluronic acid, they cannot simply be dissolved, which is why candidacy and technique are the physician's call, made carefully.
Skin boosters
a short course, then ~6 monthsHydrate and feed the skin — glow, texture, fine crepiness
Un-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with nutrients, placed as many shallow micro-injections to water and feed the skin itself. Quality rather than volume: glow, smoothness, elasticity. Usually a short course of two or three sessions, refreshed roughly every six months.
Regeneratives
a course, plus upkeepSignal the skin to repair and rebuild — thin skin, under-eyes, hair
Polynucleotides, platelet-rich plasma and related treatments that signal your own cells to repair — calming inflammation, waking collagen, improving quality in skin too thin or delicate for filler, most famously under the eyes. Results build over a course and are honest rather than instant.
Correctors
used on demandDissolve or remodel — undo filler, soften lumps
The undo kit. Enzymes that dissolve unwanted or migrated hyaluronic-acid filler within a day or two, and soften hardened tissue. Nobody requests this family — but its presence on the shelf is what makes every other injectable here safe to offer.
04 — Safety, plainly
The one serious risk with any filler is rare but real: gel placed into, or pressing on, a blood vessel. The answer to it is an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid within minutes — which is why it is always on our shelf, and why we believe no clinic should inject fillers without it.
It’s also why injector skill is not a luxury. A physician leads every injectable plan here, from the first conversation to the follow-up.
05 — Our take
The overdone face is never one bold treatment — it is many small ones, added without a plan. Restraint is the entire craft.
When a smaller dose will do, that’s what we’ll suggest. When the honest answer is a different family, or nothing yet, we’ll say that too — because the face you arrived with is the one worth protecting.
